Customer information will not be sold or shared with other businesses. Credit
card information is not stored after an order is complete.
Cancel an order
All orders can be canceled before shipment. Contact the store for details.
We will accept returns on any "In Stock" items within 7 days of
delivery. Special order items and bed linens that are removed from their
original package cannot be returned. All returns are subject to a 10%
restocking fee. The Home Retreat does not refund shipping costs.
If you do not see an item on our website that is manufactured by one of our vendors,
please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if it is available.
The Home Retreat ships orders in the United States using the United States
Postal Service (Priority Mail and Parcel Post) unless other shipping methods

We are required to charge 8.25% tax for all orders, including the shipping
costs, that are shipped to addresses within the state of Texas. Tax is not
added for orders that are shipped to other states.
